[Hiring] Senior IT Applications Analyst - Oracle Fusion Functional Finance @TaskUs

Role Description

What can you expect in a Senior IT Applications Analyst, Oracle Fusion role with TaskUs:

• Developing, customizing, maintaining, and supporting Oracle Fusion Finance applications as per business requirements.
• This senior role operates independently with minimal check-ins with the manager for updates, issues, and risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking functional specifications from Oracle Finance Functional Team and the Users.
• Creating Business Requirements Document or functional design based on the requirements provided by the Finance Team.
• Leading, challenging, recommending solutions, and exchanging information with senior level stakeholders and C Suite level.
• Responding promptly with proper understanding.
• Participating in team discussions for improvements, sharing best practices, and serving as a role model for the App Analyst team.
• Supporting and troubleshooting assigned Finance modules.
• Participating in activities related to root cause analysis.
• Ensuring tickets are resolved within SLA.
• Handling integration and interfacing of customized applications with Oracle standard applications modules.
• Completing assignments within agreed deadlines.
• Documenting all work and following business processes defined by the IT Team in accordance with audit policy.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years overall experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion/EBS ERP.
• Extensive exposure and good foundation of at least 6 years in Oracle Fusion Finance (Oracle Financials-AP, AR, FA, CM, GL, Intercompany).
• Understanding of Projects Module (Project Billing & Costing).
• Experience in Oracle Fusion integration with other applications and vice versa.
• Hands-on knowledge of implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance Modules.
• Understanding of Oracle Forms and Reports, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Personalization.
• Ability to understand PL/SQL.
• Good analytical, technical, time management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Documentation Tool or G Suite.
• Can start ASAP or within 30 days.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
