[Hiring] Manager, Corporate IT @Greenhouse

Role Description

Greenhouse is looking for a Manager, Corporate IT to join our team! This role will lead the transformation of Corporate IT from a legacy service desk into an AI-native engineering team. Reporting to the Director, Information Systems, you'll mentor and scale our IT engineering organization across US and EMEA time zones while owning the core pillars of identity, endpoint management, SaaS governance, and the security controls that support our compliance posture.

You'll architect an AI-first operating model that moves us from ticket-based support to proactive, agent-driven remediation, building the automation and agentic workflows that make that shift real, while keeping the human-in-the-loop guardrails that keep it safe.

What you'll do

• Mentor and scale the IT engineering organization across US and EMEA time zones.
• Architect an AI-first operating model, transitioning from ticket-based support to proactive, agent-driven remediation.
• Deliver end-to-end lifecycle automation, prioritizing zero-touch provisioning and seamless deprovisioning workflows.
• Manage the internal tech stack, including Okta and Jamf Pro, as programmable infrastructure for employee consumption.
• Develop the agentic layer, deploying workflows that retrieve context and execute bounded actions across systems.
• Operate IT-owned controls and produce evidence for SOC 2 and ISO audits, maintaining human-in-the-loop guardrails.
• Provide SaaS portfolio governance, overseeing access reviews, license optimization, and renewals with Finance.
• Serve as incident commander for high-severity IT events, driving root cause analysis and future prevention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enforce access and procurement policies company-wide.
• Partner with Security, People, Finance, and Legal to ensure operational alignment.
• Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems engineering, including 2+ years of management experience in distributed environments.
• Expertise in Okta: lifecycle automation, SSO, SCIM, and sophisticated role-based access design.
• Hands-on Apple device management with Jamf Pro: zero-touch deployment and automated compliance reporting.
• A proven history of shipping production automation and agentic systems with quantifiable business impact.
• Extensive SaaS governance experience, including integration management and cost optimization at scale.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit cycles and control evidence generation.
• Strong engineering judgment regarding AI: fluency in workflow orchestration, prompt design, and observability patterns.
• A degree, a plus, but not required; we care more about technical competency and practical application.
