Qualifications

• Experience in a help desk or service desk environment

Requirements

• Experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of ITIL framework
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in a healthcare or financial services environment

Benefits

• Indicative rate: $80–$90/hr
