Role Description

As an IT Specialist (m/f/d), you will proactively support your colleagues by answering questions about the use of various hardware, tools and IT processes within our company. You contribute significantly to a smooth workflow, which translates to a solution-oriented and efficient way of working throughout the company.

• Proactively manage company hardware and internal (SaaS) applications
• Be the point of contact for IT-related questions, thereby functioning as an internal first-level IT support
• Collaborate on various IT projects such as optimisation projects, internal rollouts and user & permission management
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Maintain IT documentation and inventory records

Qualifications

• Technical education (e.g. HTL) or a similar background
• Experience in a related, technical role is a plus
• Analytical mindset and solution-oriented work style
• Driven with a positive attitude and ability to work efficiently under time constraints
• Eager to learn new skills and improve existing skillset
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient English language skills; German is a plus
