[Hiring] IT Service Desk Analyst @Lean Solutions Group

Role Description

The IT Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for:

• Performing all change/add/move activities related to new user onboarding, terminations, shared mailboxes, and Exchange distribution lists.
• Providing technical support for Office 365 environment, Office products, and Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Macintosh operating systems to all end users.
• Troubleshooting access and system issues with all back office customer systems (BTMS, TRITAN, Dynamic AX, AVD) and escalating when required.
• Troubleshooting issues with corporate printing and scanning devices and contacting vendor dispatch as required.
• Supporting the MODEGlobal 8x8 phone system, including onboarding, offboarding, and use of desktop application.
• Supporting customers 24/7 on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Assisting Infrastructure and Security teams as required to resolve systems issues.
• Meeting or exceeding established service level agreements for initial contact and time to resolution for all issues.

Qualifications

• Previous technical service desk and/or desktop support experience required.
• Must be proficient in support for Windows 7, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft 365 admin environment and applications.

Requirements

• Transportation industry experience a strong plus.
• Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Copilot, and Claude experience.
• MacOS and Android/iOS experience.

Soft Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and projects to meet customer needs.
