Role Description

B2Spin is on a mission to revolutionize Free-to-Play Social Casino gaming, and we need a sharp, people-first Junior IT Helpdesk Specialist to keep our global remote team running smoothly. As the first point of contact for technical queries across time zones, you'll resolve everyday issues quickly, route the tricky ones smartly, and play a real part in building the IT foundation that powers world-class gaming experiences.

• Own first-line support — triage and resolve incoming requests through Jira and Slack, keeping response times tight and colleagues unblocked.
• Manage accounts and access — handle password resets, permission grants, and MFA setup so teammates can work securely from day one.
• Troubleshoot with confidence — diagnose and fix common hardware, software, and OS issues across Windows and macOS environments.
• Escalate intelligently — categorise, document, and route complex or infrastructure-level tickets to the right specialists without letting anything slip through the cracks.
• Onboard and offboard users — follow established checklists to set up new hires and cleanly remove access for departing team members.
• Keep documentation sharp — maintain clear, up-to-date guides that empower colleagues to self-serve wherever possible.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in computer hardware, software, and everyday operating systems (Windows and macOS).
• Previous experience in a customer support, service, or people-facing role — you know how to stay calm and kind under pressure.
• A natural troubleshooter who searches for answers methodically and knows when to escalate.
• Clear written and spoken English; our team spans the globe and clear communication is everything.
• A genuine eagerness to learn internal tools, IT processes, and security best practices quickly.

Requirements

• Nice to have: hands-on experience with Jira, Slack, or similar ticketing and collaboration platforms.
• Nice to have: prior IT helpdesk or technical support experience.
