Role Description

As the IT Epic ClinDoc Analyst, you are responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of your assigned software applications. You will work with operational teams across ProMedica and serve as a mentor for less experienced IT EMR staff.

• Plan implementation and upgrade clinical systems ensuring adequate testing, quality assurance, and documentation of changes.
• Train IT employees and advise end-users in the operation of their information system.
• Support the training team by keeping trainers informed of new functions and system changes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of relevant clinical experience
• Must achieve Epic ClinDoc and Clinical Case Management certification in primary application within 90 days of completing the first Epic class.
• Obtaining and maintenance of Epic Certification in the primary application is a mandatory job requirement.
• Must be within 150-mile radius of Toledo, Ohio 43604

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years' experience in Information Technology (preferred)
• IT background (preferred)
• 5 – 7 years relevant clinical experience (preferred)
• Epic certification (preferred)
