Role Description

The IT Configuration Specialist is responsible for the configuration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Vita Health Group's patient management systems and supporting applications. The role combines business-as-usual support with project and service improvement activities, ensuring systems remain reliable, effective, and aligned to operational requirements.

• Work closely with operational teams, project stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
• Deliver system changes and maintain configuration standards.
• Resolve application issues and support the successful delivery of new and existing services.
• Provide specialist application knowledge and contribute to service mobilisation activities.
• Support governance and change processes.
• Work collaboratively across the organisation to deliver high-quality system solutions.
