Role Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise systems and cloud technologies, particularly AWS. They will be responsible for supporting and integrating various cloud services and ensuring best practices in security and automation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise systems
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience in development or administration
• 3+ years of experience with AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Lambda)
• 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect and/or contact center technologies
• 3+ years of experience integrating APIs, serverless functions, and cloud-native services
• 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation
• 3+ years of experience with security best practices, logging, and monitoring in AWS
• 3+ years of experience with scripting (Python, Bash, or equivalent)
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional OR AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional

Requirements

• Experience with AI/ML integrations and prompt engineering
• Experience with hybrid cloud or third-party integrations
• Experience with cost optimization and FinOps
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services and Hybrid Cloud Architectures
• Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
