Role Description

The ERP Systems Analyst – Americas contributes to the Calling of Medical Teams International by supporting and enhancing the NetSuite environment while partnering closely with the Finance team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, customization, integration, and ongoing optimization of NetSuite to support accounting, finance, reporting, and operational business processes.

Location: Remote within the Americas. Candidates must be located in a country within the Pacific to Eastern time zones, including the continental U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada, the Caribbean, and Latin America, and be available to work within those business hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

ERP (NetSuite) Administration

• Provide advanced functional support across NetSuite Financials, NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB), and related modules.
• Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite platform.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and security configurations across the organization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reports, and saved searches.
• Configure and support financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
• Advise and assist users with system-related inquiries, process improvements, and best-practice guidance.
• Lead efforts to deploy and stabilize NSPB and support the user adoption process with training and SOPs as required.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.
• Manage system releases, testing, and deployment activities.
• Investigate and assist resolving system, reporting, workflow, and data-related issues.
• Collaborate with Global Support Services stakeholders to support and promote effective use of the platform.
• Maintain audit-ready systems and data compliance across all routines and processes.

NetSuite Development

• Design, develop, and maintain customizations using SuiteScript 2.0/2.1.
• Create and enhance workflows, forms, records, and business process automation.
• Develop and maintain Suitelets, User Event Scripts, Client Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts, and Scheduled Scripts.
• Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Participate in data migration, data cleanup, and system optimization initiatives.
• Document technical solutions and system configurations.

Operational & Cross-Functional Support

• Provide reporting and analysis requirements spanning finance and operational functions.
• Collaborate on and contribute to BAU projects focused on improving GL, AP, Procurement and Reporting processes.
• Participate in strategic projects and organizational initiatives as required.

Financial Accounting & Finance Operations

• Technically partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Provide expert technical accounting and systems support for day-to-day finance operations.
• Provide expert functional and technical support across NetSuite General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation and NSPB modules.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
• Implement new processes for corporate planning and budgeting and reporting.
• Assist with audit-related requests and reporting requirements.
• Support fixed asset accounting.
• Investigate and resolve transactional, posting, and reconciliation issues.
• Collaborate with Finance teams across headquarters and international country offices.

Financial Systems, Reporting & Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain financial reporting solutions within NetSuite.
• Develop automated reporting processes to improve reporting efficiency, consistency, and accuracy.
• Design and maintain automated financial statement generation processes.
• Support data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Other Duties

• Support safeguarding of program participants and employees through promoting an environment of awareness.
• Utilize volunteers when appropriate.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or finance/accounting certification preferred.
• CPA or equivalent internationally recognized accounting qualification preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ hands-on NetSuite experience, working with GL, AP, AR, procure-to-pay, and bank reconciliation modules.
• Experience using Unit4 ERP, Emburse Certify, Paycom, Salesforce CRM.
• Experience supporting headquarters and multi-country finance operations.
• Experience supporting NetSuite (or other ERP) reporting, workflow, and financial control processes.
• Experience working with Power BI or similar analytical and visualization tools.
• Experience supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
• Experience developing management accounts, executive management packs, and Board reporting.

Benefits

• The anticipated hiring range for U.S.-based candidates is $90,000–$100,000 USD annually.
• Final compensation will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
