[Hiring] Desktop Analyst @PSI

Role Description

We’re looking for a Sr. Analyst, IT Client Services to provide hands-on technology support across desktop, hardware, applications, networking, and warehouse technology environments. A major focus of this role will be supporting the hardware and application deployment for a new state-of-the-art distribution center. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, configure and rebuild equipment, support users and business applications, and help ensure technology is ready to support a high-availability operation. Periodic travel throughout Indianapolis and the northern suburbs will be required to support business initiatives.

• Support the deployment and standup of IT hardware, applications, and technology for a new distribution center.
• Replace, rebuild, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware and endpoint components.
• Install, remove, and configure standard, non-standard, and legacy applications.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, OS modifications, network configurations, and desktop-related issues.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365, Citrix, AWS desktop environments, Android devices, and related endpoint technologies.
• Configure and troubleshoot warehouse technologies including Zebra printers, handheld/wearable terminals, and scanners.
• Coordinate service requests and assist with advanced technical problems in a high-availability environment.
• Work with IT teams and business stakeholders to identify solutions, complete projects, and support ongoing technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT support/client services experience in a desktop, endpoint, infrastructure, or similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware, hardware builds, configuration, compatibility, upgrades, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including Ethernet, wireless networking, and TCP/IP.
• Experience troubleshooting operating systems, applications, network configurations, and endpoint issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a virtual or high-performance IT team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two-year degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Citrix, Microsoft 365, AWS desktop environments, Android, or SOTI.
• Experience supporting warehouse/distribution technologies such as Zebra printers, scanners, handhelds, or wearable terminals.
• Experience supporting IT deployments, infrastructure projects, or new facility implementations.
• Background in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, retail, or other high-availability environments.
