  • Design, implement and maintain secure network architectures, including firewalls, switches, routers and supporting infrastructure within critical operational technology environments.
  • Participate in cyber security assessments, vulnerability reviews and risk mitigation activities, identifying opportunities to strengthen system resilience and reduce operational risk.
  • Troubleshoot complex cyber security and networking issues, providing technical expertise and guidance to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development and maintenance of cyber security documentation, procedures, policies and technical standards.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them understand cyber security risks, industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance tools, processes and cyber security service offerings across the wider business.

Qualifications

  • Experience within cyber security, networking, systems administration or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls and secure communications technologies.
  • Knowledge of cyber security principles, standards and best practices, ideally within industrial control systems, operational technology or critical infrastructure environments.
  • Experience working with Windows Server environments, Active Directory and security-focused system administration activities.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within networked environments.
  • Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders, building trusted relationships and providing technical guidance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Degree qualification in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline and/or relevant industry certifications would be advantageous.

Benefits

  • Competitive salaries.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Professional development opportunities.
  • Supportive work environment that encourages growth and innovation through career development programs and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
