Role Description

RITI, located in Las Vegas NV, is a US-based business that specializes in operational test and evaluation of manned/unmanned aircraft and integrated systems. This is a “hands on” position that requires strong computer and technical troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities include:

• Configure and install new computers.
• Assist users in adapting to their new systems smoothly.
• Coordinate the timely and effective repair of computers, printers, etc.
• Support and troubleshoot LAN network infrastructure, wireless data networking systems, servers, power and cooling, and mobile devices.
• Manage day-to-day operations at the office.
• Maintain computer asset management and imaging.
• Oversee print management infrastructure and software management solutions.

Qualifications

• CompTIA SERVER+
• CCNA
• CCNP
• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator Preferred

Requirements

• Strong computer and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with configuring and installing computers.
• Ability to support and troubleshoot various network and device infrastructures.
• Experience in computer asset management and imaging.
