Role Description

• Administer and support Refuge Results cloud and application infrastructure.
• Support Azure-hosted environments and associated infrastructure services.
• Monitor system availability, performance, latency, load, and subsystem health.
• Manage system configuration, patching, software updates, and maintenance.
• Support vulnerability identification, remediation, and security configuration.
• Support development, test/staging, and production environments.
• Support CI/CD deployments, releases, rollback activities, and emergency fixes.
• Monitor logs, telemetry, alerts, databases, caches, queues, and system services.
• Maintain operational, configuration, maintenance, and recovery documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Systems or cloud administration experience.
• Experience administering cloud-hosted or enterprise application environments.
• Azure/cloud operations experience preferred.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and production support.
• Experience with patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with system security configurations.
• Experience supporting development, test, and production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and operational-support skills.
• US Citizen Required.
