Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain the Alteryx platform, including user management, workflow oversight, privilege assignments, job scheduling, and backup/restore processes
• Resolve incident tickets and provide expert-level technical support for platform and application issues
• Serve as SME for Alteryx, advising on best practices, platform enhancements, and performance improvements
• Liaise with end users and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve platform-dependent issues
• Design and oversee complex system architectures and interface definitions
• Convert mission requirements into comprehensive system solutions while considering technology constraints
• Lead and support internal and external design reviews
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and architectural methodologies
• Develop models and guidelines for current and future system development

Qualifications

• 10+ years as an Alteryx Administrator, with deep hands-on experience
• Expertise in user administration, workflow management, job administration, and platform backup/restoration
• Proven track record resolving platform/application incidents and collaborating with vendors
• Strong systems architecture and design capabilities
• Effective communicator with end users and technical teams
• Proficient with current and emerging IT technologies

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise systems support
• Exposure to other data analytics and workflow automation tools
