[Hiring] Virtual HR Support @Peregrine Team

Role Description

Contract remote role – open to international applicants.

• Support HR onboarding, employee communications, and back-office administrative functions.
• Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documents.
• Collect, review, and track employment and compliance documentation, including I-9 forms.
• Communicate professionally with new hires and employees regarding onboarding and HR processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
• Assist with general HR administrative support, follow-up tasks, and document management.
• Handle confidential employee and company information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Must be dependable, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Requirements

• Must be available to work Monday–Friday during US Pacific Standard Time business hours.
• Must be willing to work 8:00AM–5:00PM PST or later as needed.
• Must have a reliable personal computer/laptop.
• Must have webcam/video capability for virtual meetings.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet service.
• Must have reliable phone service.
• MUST SEND SALARY REQUIREMENTS (IN USD) PER MONTH OR APP WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (all) - Outlook/PP/Excel, Canva, Zoom, Teams, Slack, and similar tools.
• Experience with HR systems or onboarding support preferred.
• Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT.
