[Hiring] US Recruitment Resourcer @Remotee

Role Description

Remotee, through our sister company Recruit Sync, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to support a growing US-based recruitment agency specialising in white-collar Real Estate, Property, Facilities and, occasionally, Construction recruitment. This is a high-priority hire for the client, and we're looking for a genuinely strong operator who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

• Work closely with the agency's President, taking ownership of building a candidate pipeline from the ground up.
• No existing candidate database for this desk, so the role will involve heavy outbound sourcing.
• Sourcing will focus on candidates with backgrounds in Real Estate, Property, Facilities and Construction recruitment, along with related engineering, technical or finance recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a recruitment resourcer, researcher or 180/360 support role, ideally within Real Estate, Property, Facilities or Construction recruitment, or an adjacent engineering, technical or finance recruiting background.
• Experience recruiting permanent placements — this is a 100% permanent desk, so temp/contract-only experience is not a fit.
• US recruitment market experience highly regarded, including a working understanding of concepts candidates will ask about (e.g. 401(k) retirement plans, healthcare/benefits packages) and general familiarity with US geography and culture.
• Naturally personable, warm and easy to build rapport with — comfortable with a more relaxed, conversational communication style suited to the California market, rather than an overly formal tone.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound sourcing: LinkedIn connects, cold calling and building a candidate pipeline from scratch.
• Experience using Bullhorn, Idibu, LinkedIn (Recruiter) and ZoomInfo highly regarded.
• Spanish language skills an advantage, though not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple open roles at once.
• Able to work US Pacific Time zone hours (approx. 8:00–9:00 a.m. to 4:00–5:00 p.m. PT).
• AI-native, with the ability to use AI tools to improve sourcing, screening and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Source and engage candidates for white-collar Real Estate, Property, Facilities and Construction roles, along with related engineering, technical and finance recruiting backgrounds.
• Build a candidate pipeline and database from scratch, as there is currently no existing candidate database for this desk.
• Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing via LinkedIn connects and cold calling using ZoomInfo.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in Bullhorn as the database is built out.
• Screen and qualify candidates, paying particular attention to cultural fit, personality and rapport alongside technical suitability.
• Prepare candidate summaries and shortlists for the client.
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Track pipeline activity, candidate engagement, and outstanding actions.
• Use Idibu and other job board tools to post and manage job advertisements where required.
• Build genuine familiarity with the US market and California business culture to support effective candidate conversations.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for candidates and the client throughout the process.
