Role Description

Carepool is the modern answer to non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT). We bridge the gap between transportation and healthcare. Our app connects individuals with medical needs to safe and compassionate drivers. We ensure everyone can access the care they deserve, one ride at a time. Our mission is to provide safe, reliable, and accessible transportation for the elderly and people with special needs. We take pride in being the trusted partner for hospitals, clinics, and individual clients who depend on us to get to their appointments, treatments, and essential errands.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have background in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to set up email templates that get responses.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders.
• High level of motivation with the ability to develop and execute a sourcing strategy to find resumes and generate candidates.
• Time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing, tracking details, and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment.

Requirements

• You will own the end-to-end hiring funnel.
• Review applications/candidates for IT positions to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
• Propose new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Consult with the recruitment team on job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Place and update all job postings in various media including internet sites, social networks, and staffing partners such as Indeed.
• Ensure that you respond to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required.
• Own the post-offer engagement process for your respective candidate(s).
• Ensure that candidates have a smooth recruiting experience, including all points of contact during recruitment - job search, application, interview, and onboarding process.
• Help with other HR activities as needed including training other recruiters with the use of different software.
• Assist in the onboarding process which includes training others on how to use Carepool’s software.
