[Hiring] Team Lead, Post Sales Recruiter @TRM Labs

Role Description

As Team Lead, Post-Sales Recruiting, you’ll own TRM’s most strategic and mission-critical searches across Customer Success, Global Investigations, Compliance, and Revenue Operations while serving as a mentor and force multiplier for the recruiting pod.

• Manage your own requisitions while driving team initiatives.
• Strengthen operating rhythms, share best practices, and help recruiters perform at their best.
• Support prioritization, calibration, problem-solving, and execution.
• Measure success by the quality, velocity, and business impact of your hires.
• Mentor teammates and elevate the performance of the broader pod.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience.
• 7+ years of experience owning post-sales searches in high-growth technology companies.
• Experience leading or setting direction for a recruiting pod.
• Strong search fundamentals including market mapping and talent intelligence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and written/verbal executive presence.
• High ownership, persistence, and judgment in navigating ambiguous searches.

• Act as a strategic talent partner to executive stakeholders.
• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience.
• Use data and market insights to diagnose search health.
• Serve as a craft leader on the Talent team.

Benefits

• Estimated base salary range: $172,000 - $196,000.
• Eligibility to participate in TRM’s equity plan.
