Role Description

As an Executive Talent Sourcer, you will serve as a strategic partner to Executive Recruiters, HR Business Partners, the Succession Management team, and Executive Leaders. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end sourcing strategy for active requisitions and proactively building and managing external talent pipelines for critical senior leadership roles relevant to succession planning. Your role will involve:

  • Utilizing external platforms to identify and engage executive-level talent and niche leadership profiles
  • Collaborating with hiring teams to refine strategies informed by succession plans, risk assessments, and market insights
  • Enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience during executive talent mapping and recruiting activities
  • Staying updated on key industry trends to empower HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders in their decision-making processes
  • Partnering with the Succession Management team to identify high-need roles and develop targeted external pipeline strategies
  • Leveraging the internal CRM and talent database to maximize the value of existing talent pools
  • Re-engaging past candidates and internal networks
  • Continuously exploring AI, new tools, and emerging trends in talent sourcing
  • Sharing insights and best practices with the team

This role can be operated from a country in Europe.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a sourcer or full life cycle recruiter, with several years in executive or senior-level talent sourcing and/or executive search across multiple functions and geographies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global, and highly matrixed environment, ideally in life science, healthcare, technology, or related industries
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of using external sourcing platforms to identify and engage hard-to-reach leadership talent
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/ATS systems for building and nurturing talent pipelines and segmenting candidate communities
  • Exhibit strong direct communication and influencing skills to confidently advise senior stakeholders, including executive leaders and HR Business Partners
  • Possess advanced research and analytical skills to synthesize market data and talent insights into actionable recommendations
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with AI-enabled tools and digital platforms in talent acquisition
  • Show curiosity, creativity, and an innovation-driven mindset, always exploring new sourcing methods
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple executive searches and pipeline projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and other languages is a plus
