We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves recruiting, thrives on finding hard-to-find talent, and wants to use their expertise to make a meaningful difference.

If you’re the recruiter who doesn’t simply post a position and wait, but instead searches, networks, reaches out, builds relationships, and keeps going until you find the right person, we want to meet you.

Your Impact:

• Proactively source nursing, clinical, leadership, and other senior-care talent
• Build pipelines for immediate and future staffing needs
• Develop creative approaches to challenging and hard-to-fill searches
• Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring leaders
• Engage passive candidates through proactive outreach and networking
• Conduct candidate screening and guide candidates through the recruitment process
• Deliver a warm, responsive, and professional candidate experience
• Keep searches moving with consistent communication and follow-up
• Support offers, references, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding
• Represent Ascentria at recruitment events and within the communities we serve

Qualifications

• Experienced recruiter with a passion for sourcing talent
• Ability to build relationships and engage with candidates
• Creative problem-solving skills for challenging searches
• Strong communication and follow-up skills

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in senior services
• Proven track record of successful talent acquisition
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within MA for events and meetings
