[Hiring] Talent Attraction and Employer Brand Specialist @Cohere

Role Description

Cohere is in a unique and exciting position to grow our go-to-market teams globally! We are expanding our Talent Team and are looking for a creative, high-performing Talent Attraction and Employer Brand Specialist to help us build a world-class employer brand that attracts top frontier AI talent. In this role, you will shape how Cohere is perceived by the global AI community and drive strategic recruitment marketing initiatives that position us as the destination for ambitious researchers and engineers.

Please Note: We have offices in Toronto, San Francisco, and London but embrace being remote-first!

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategy that defines and promotes Cohere's identity, culture, and technical leadership to target talent groups
• Run multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, job boards, and search engines to reach priority candidates
• Create compelling content including job descriptions, employee success stories, and optimized career site landing pages
• Optimize and maintain our career site experience while tracking engagement through candidate relationship management tools
• Analyse campaign performance metrics including cost-per-hire, application conversion rates, and ROI to continuously refine our approach
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Research teams to ensure consistent messaging across all candidate touchpoints
• Monitor competitor employer branding strategies and identify opportunities to differentiate Cohere
• Collaborate with hiring teams to develop targeted recruitment campaigns for specific roles and departments

Qualifications

• You have demonstrable (6+ years) experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction
• You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns
• You're skilled in content creation with portfolio examples of compelling job descriptions and employee narratives
• You have experience with candidate relationship management tools and career site optimization
• You're data-driven with experience tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics
• You're creative and strategic, able to balance brand consistency with campaign innovation
• You're passionate about AI/ML and understand the talent landscape in this field
• You're collaborative with excellent cross-functional partnership skills
• You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
