[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Specialist I @US Tech Solutions

Role Description

The Talent Acquisition organization has an opportunity for a contingent recruiter to act as a consultative talent partner to assigned business unit(s), facilitating the achievement of business goals related to go-to-market and talent acquisition strategies. The key focus of this position will be to provide end-to-end recruitment support for the North America organization, including requisition management and client management.

The Sr. Specialist, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing a variety of recruiting resources and strategies to provide the organization with the talent it needs. You will partner with HR Directors/Business Partners, Hiring Managers (including senior leaders and Vice Presidents), external outsourcing partners, and agencies to develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with position, skill, and long-term business requirements. The goal is to achieve key objectives such as time-to-fill metrics, quality of hire, and hiring manager satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus recruitment activities on assigned business lines.
• Attract top talent and develop strong, qualified candidate pools for current and future openings.
• Pre-screen candidates and partner with team members to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Provide qualified talent for open positions.
• Manage open job requisitions and update/manage the SuccessFactors ATS.
• Achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments.
• Compile and communicate knowledge bases, industry overviews, and market trends to team members and business leaders.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, applicant tracking requirements, policies, and reporting practices.
• Facilitate candidate review meetings and capture feedback to ensure overall compliance.
• Establish strong business partnerships with Hiring Managers and leadership regarding staffing-related activities and issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Relevant experience and/or certification in a specialized HR function may be substituted for a degree, when appropriate.
• Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience and at least 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong business presence with the ability to instill confidence in clients and deliver results.
• Proven proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Ability to build a professional network across industries to identify current and future talent.
• Experience with data management and recruiting metrics, including trend analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to constructively challenge manager assumptions and directly address issues.
• Ability to work effectively in an environment with multiple and changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with headcount forecasting and workforce planning.
• Advanced internet recruitment and sourcing experience.
• Functional assessment experience/knowledge required.
• Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal/state employment legislation.
• Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Commercial recruiting experience is a plus.
• Experience managing requisitions within SuccessFactors ATS or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
