Role Description

Imagine360 is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! This individual will be responsible for managing full life cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level positions throughout the organization. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting and requires someone who can serve as a trusted talent partner to hiring managers.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will take the time to understand the departments they support, including their business objectives, team dynamics, culture, leadership styles, and current and future talent needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive, curious, and collaborative professional who builds strong relationships, asks thoughtful questions, provides recruiting expertise, and helps hiring managers make informed hiring decisions. This role is responsible for attracting and identifying qualified talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Position Location: 100% remote

• Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers, serving as a consultative talent partner.
• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings to understand position requirements and establish success criteria.
• Provide recruiting expertise, market insights, and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage full life cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidates beyond technical qualifications, assessing interpersonal skills and alignment with values.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions and support effective hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Utilize the applicant tracking system to manage requisitions and monitor recruiting activity.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance the overall candidate experience.
• Support external recruiting vendor relationships and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
• Experience conducting comprehensive hiring manager intake meetings.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates across various positions.
• Experience recruiting within healthcare, health insurance, or employee benefits preferred.
