[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Program Administrator @Sanford Health

Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Program Administrator will be responsible for leading talent acquisition programs. Duties include:

• Day-to-day operational oversight
• Work assignments
• Hiring and performance coaching of team members involved in the program(s)
• Expense management
• Regulatory compliance with the programs

The program administrator will partner within the human resources team to deliver robust talent acquisition programs to the organization. This requires a balance between independent management of a program and the needs of operational leaders. Responsibilities include:

• Consulting as a subject matter expert throughout the recruiting and hiring process
• Delivering the proper quality and quantity of support for the program
• Working independently with minimal direction on day-to-day work
• Determining own methods and approaches to work
• Establishing work priorities and timelines for own work, as well as program teams
• Resolving unique and complex challenges
• Generating solutions that consider wider implications

Additional responsibilities include:

• Handling sensitive/confidential information appropriately
• Understanding compliance and reporting requirements related to talent acquisition
• Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Managing relationships and establishing credibility with leaders to identify program gaps and plan for action
• Demonstrating strong communication and consultative skills
• Developing close relations and establishing trust with clients
• Proficient with HR technologies
• Demonstrating efficient time management, coordination, and project management skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource or other business-related field with human resource coursework required
• In lieu of education, a combination of post-secondary education and work experience may be considered
• Independent decision-making and leadership qualities are desired
