[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Partner @AVIV Group

Role Description

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build high-performing, impact-driven teams. In this role, you will own and drive hiring for commercial and marketing functions , primarily for Immoweb (and potentially across other AVIV brands). Your mission is to deliver high-quality, bar-raising hires at speed , while acting as a strategic partner to the business.

What you will do:

• Own hiring end-to-end
• Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offer
• Lead hiring for commercial and marketing roles
• Drive structured and efficient processes to ensure speed and quality
• Build and manage talent pipelines
• Run proactive sourcing strategies (market mapping, target companies, key profiles)
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Benchmark salaries and stay close to market trends
• Partner with the business
• Run weekly hiring governance with stakeholders
• Align hiring priorities with business impact and team needs
• Provide data-driven insights on talent supply, demand, and competition
• Ensure quality & candidate experience
• Deliver a strong, consistent candidate experience
• Protect and strengthen our employer brand
• Lead structured, evidence-based interview debriefs
• Challenge hiring decisions when needed to maintain a high bar

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with full ownership of end-to-end hiring
• Proven track record of hiring Commercial and Marketing roles in competitive markets
• Trilingual: fluent in French, Dutch, and English
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and building proactive talent pipelines
• A structured and evidence-based approach to hiring — you rely on signals and data, not intuition
• Confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and drive clear, high-quality hiring decisions
• Strong sense of ownership — from defining the search strategy to closing the right candidate
• Ability to move fast without compromising on quality or hiring standards
• You operate as a true business partner, not just a recruiter
