Role Description

The Staffing Lead will be responsible for recruiting call center representatives with a high volume recruitment strategy, hiring 2-3 call center classes per month. The role involves partnering with 2-3 other recruiters to train on the recruitment process, which typically takes 2 months to become fully operational.

• Recruit call center reps
• High volume recruitment
• Partner with other recruiters for training
• Experience in fast-paced environments preferred
• Multitasking and critical thinking skills required

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior recruiter experience
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Healthcare experience preferred

Requirements

• High volume recruitment experience required
• Experience reviewing data in a fast-paced call center environment
• 4-5 years of corporate experience preferred
• Experience with ATS systems, particularly Oracle
• Remote work available for California candidates
