Role Description

Vishay is seeking a full-time Senior Workday HRIS Analyst / Team Lead (m/f/d) to join our global HRIS team. This role will ensure accurate and efficient implementation and optimization of Workday – our Global Human Resources platform.

Job Location: This position is open to candidates based in Germany, Poland, Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. However, applicants from other locations are also encouraged to apply. Fully remote candidates are welcome as well.

What you will be doing:

• Lead Rollout of Workday Solutions: Lead the implementation and enhancement of Workday modules, focusing on Advanced Compensation, Job Architecture, salary benchmarking, merit planning, bonus programs, pay ranges, and reporting.
• Serve as a Functional Expert Across Workday Solutions: Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM- Compensation and act as a subject matter expert in at least one additional Workday module.
• Partner with Project Team, Business Stakeholders & HR Leaders: Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Utilize Consulting Abilities and Solution Proficiency: Leverage consulting skills and specialized solution proficiency to integrate Workday functionalities seamlessly into the business ecosystem.
• Drive Workday Innovation, AI & Digital Transformation: Leverage emerging Workday AI capabilities and HR technology innovations to improve employee experience and HR operational efficiency.
• Enable User Adoption & Organizational Success: Lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions. Develop documentation and best practices.
• Troubleshoot System Issues: Investigate system issues and errors reported by users, providing timely resolutions.
• Collaborate on Integrations: Work with technical teams to design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other HR systems.
• Stay Updated with Workday Releases and Industry Trends: Stay informed about Workday releases and industry trends related to HR technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end implementation, Application Management Services (AMS), or rollout of Core HCM modules.
• Proficient understanding of core HCM localization and legislative requirements in various countries.
• Proven competence and relevant experience in leading or supporting workshops focused on Workday Core HCM modules.
• Possess Workday HCM & Compensation certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Modules.
• English is a must; proficiency in any European languages would be a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Familiarity with regional nuances, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to effectively facilitate discussions and translate business needs into actionable configurations.
• Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday HCM & Compensation modules.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and expertise in additional functionalities.
