Role Description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will work with QAD business leaders across EMEA as a talent advisor, partnering to fill critical roles across the business. You will bring deep recruiting expertise, a consultative approach, and the ability to independently drive searches from strategy through offer — serving as a trusted resource to HR and hiring leaders throughout the region. Your primary focus will be EMEA, spanning markets across the UK and Europe with occasional support for open roles in the Americas.

• Embed within the business lines to fully understand business goals, drivers, and needs across EMEA.
• Translate insights into recruitment strategy to proactively address upcoming and ongoing hiring needs spanning the UK, Europe, and the Americas.
• Provide talent market intelligence and guidance to HR and business leaders.
• Directly recruit and source active and passive candidates across a broad range of functions and levels, including senior leadership roles.
• Use AI tools — including Claude and Google Gemini — as a core part of your daily workflow.
• Actively engage on social media as a QAD brand ambassador.
• Keep key stakeholders informed on recruitment activities, pipeline health, and key metrics.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and power user of our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Actively participate as a team member within a global network of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Qualifications

• A partnership approach and a solutions mindset.
• The ability to develop recruitment strategies and independently deploy them.
• A proven ability to engage passive talent in competitive, multi-market environments.
• Strong experience with social media and a demonstrated presence as a brand ambassador.
• High proficiency in recruitment tools and systems including ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRIS.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools — particularly Claude and Google Gemini.
• 7+ years of recruitment experience across EMEA and Americas markets.
• Experience working in the software or SaaS industry recruiting across a broad range of functions.
• Fluency in additional European languages is an advantage but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting across multiple countries and navigating varying employment frameworks in Europe and the Americas.
• Familiarity with ERP, supply chain, or manufacturing technology sectors is a plus.
