[Hiring] Senior Specialist, Immigration @Pebl

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Immigration to serve as a senior individual contributor within Pebl’s Global Mobility & Immigration team within EMEA. This role is designed for professionals with 4–6 years of corporate immigration experience who can independently manage complex casework, advise clients and internal stakeholders with confidence, and act as a subject matter expert across jurisdictions.

In this role, you’ll own high-impact immigration work, support client growth through sales and solutioning conversations, and help shape Pebl’s immigration processes as the company scales.

How You'll Make An Impact:

• Immigration Case & Program Ownership:
  • Independently manage complex and high-risk immigration cases across multiple jurisdictions, including escalations and edge cases within an EOR model.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for employees, clients, and internal teams on immigration strategy, feasibility, timelines, and risk considerations.
  • Partner closely with external immigration counsel and local vendors, providing direction, reviewing strategy, and ensuring quality and consistency of outcomes.
  • Proactively identify immigration risks and recommend mitigation strategies aligned with Pebl’s compliance and operational standards.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, case records, and audit readiness across assigned portfolios.
• Sales & Client Advisory Support:
  • Act as a senior immigration subject matter expert supporting Sales and Client Success during pre-sales, onboarding, and expansion discussions.
  • Advise on immigration feasibility, service scope, and country-specific constraints for prospective and existing clients.
  • Support solution design for complex client scenarios, ensuring alignment between immigration services, EOR structure, and operational realities.
  • Clearly articulate Pebl’s immigration capabilities, limitations, timelines, and dependencies to help Sales set accurate client expectations.
  • Contribute to and review sales enablement materials, FAQs, playbooks, and internal guidance related to immigration services.
• Operations, Tools & Process Improvement:
  • Use DevRev and other internal platforms to manage complex workflows, track SLAs, document client and sales interactions, and surface operational insights.
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, or gaps in service delivery and lead or contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives.
  • Support compliance efforts, including audits, policy interpretation, and adherence to country-specific immigration requirements within an EOR framework.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for troubleshooting and escalation support across the Immigration team.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior specialists, supporting skill development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Legal Studies, International Relations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in corporate immigration, global mobility, or immigration operations.
• Strong working knowledge of immigration processes, visa categories, and regulatory timelines across one or more regions.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cases and advising stakeholders on risk and strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex immigration concepts to clients and sales partners.
• Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Requirements

• Experience supporting immigration programs within an EOR, global employment, or multinational environment.
• Significant experience partnering with Sales, Client Success, or Solutions teams in a client-facing advisory capacity.
• Advanced experience with immigration case management or workflow tools; DevRev experience strongly preferred.
• Exposure to multi-country or global immigration portfolios.
• Interest in program ownership, operational strategy, or future people leadership opportunities.
