Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who brings more than a sourcing engine to the table: someone who thinks strategically, partners with leadership, and influences hiring decisions. As our hiring needs evolve, we need someone who can go beyond filling open positions. This person will take ownership of the recruitment function, analyze how we recruit today, and help us build a scalable approach as Globalfy continues to grow.

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and offer negotiation, with a focus on strategic, senior, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple countries and time zones, adapting to local markets and labor landscapes.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs, calibrate profiles, influence decisions, and ensure successful hiring outcomes.
• Analyze the current recruitment process, identify bottlenecks before they become problems, and lead initiatives to improve it.
• Identify tooling gaps and propose solutions that improve team productivity and candidate experience.
• Recommend new approaches, sourcing channels, and best practices based on market insights.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders across the organization, providing regular updates on open positions, setting clear expectations, and following up consistently with hiring managers and candidates.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage, acting as an ambassador for Globalfy’s culture and mission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a demonstrable track record of successfully filling strategic, senior, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Proven ability to partner with leadership and hiring managers, understand business needs, and influence hiring decisions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and proactively suggest improvements rather than simply follow existing processes.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) at a professional business level; additional languages are a meaningful plus.
• Deep familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), and the modern recruiting tech stack, with a willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you built processes, not just followed them.
• Familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR) models and international contractor compliance.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for candidate sourcing, outreach, or screening.

Schedule

Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (East-time). The position is full-time, which means that you must be available every working day between 9 am and 5 pm EST due to time-zone changing according to Daylight saving time in the United States.
