[Hiring] Senior/Lead Talent Partner - Tech @Mimica

Role Description

Your mission involves:

• Scaling Data, ML, and Platform capabilities alongside broader Engineering and Product.
• Owning recruiting execution across these areas, building predictable pipelines, and ensuring consistent hiring performance.
• Relying on craft, consistency, and evidence-based hiring.

What you will work on

• Own full-cycle hiring across Data/ML, Platform, and occasional leadership hires.
• Partner with senior technical and company leadership to define hiring plans and operationalize them.
• Implement and maintain structured interview processes, scorecards, and calibration loops.
• Ensure high signal quality and conversions as hiring volume increases.
• Run high-quality screening that predicts success before HM interviews.
• Map talent across the Americas and Europe, building forward-looking pipelines.
• Engage passive candidates with tailored messaging.
• Bring market insight into decision-making.
• Document and improve recruiting workflows, templates, and playbooks.
• Contribute to broader Talent initiatives.

What success looks like

• Consistently hitting the hiring forecast across technical roles.
• Hiring managers trusting your judgment and following your process.
• Pipelines being predictable, not reactive.
• High-quality candidates moving quickly without loss of signal quality.
• The people you hire performing and retained beyond Year 1.

Qualifications

• Technical recruiting experience in a high-bar environment.
• Strong hands-on track record in researching, prospecting, interviewing, and closing.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and role nuances.
• Working knowledge of designing and running processes that predict success.
• Stakeholder management skills to influence without authority.
• Execution discipline, consistently following through.
• Structured, systemic thinking to clarify ambiguous problems.

Bonus

• Experience working across USA, LATAM, and EU markets.
• Experience running successful executive/leadership searches.
• Exposure to Product & Design hiring.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting workflows.

Hiring Process

• Stage 1 | Recruiter Screen w/ Technical Talent Partner in the same role.
• Stage 2 | Live Challenge 1 - Top of funnel and early stages w/ Head of People + Talent Partner.
• Stage 3 | Live Challenge 2 - Late stages and closing w/ Head of People + Talent Partner.
• Stage 4 | Meet the team Interview w/ Hiring Managers.

Location

This is a fully remote position. However, we will be considering candidates based in locations in the Eastern Time Zone (e.g., US East Coast, Toronto) or UTC-3 (e.g., Brazil, Argentina).
