[Hiring] Senior Human Resources Manager @Fresenius Medical Care

Role Description

This is a Full-Time, Remote position with occasional travel within the Region supported.

Provide human resource support to internal organization by guiding, developing and implementing HR initiatives focused on achieving business objectives. Help ensure alignment between business units, divisions and corporate. Provide coaching and problem-solving in areas including:

• Change management
• Recruitment and selection
• Performance management
• Leadership/management
• Employee development
• Employee relations
• Training
• Policy/procedure interpretation and implementation

Operate effectively in a matrix organization with numerous stakeholders, many of whom may be located in remote locations. Support FME's mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adhere to the FME Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and company policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or university degree, preferred concentration in human resources
• Human Resource certification preferred

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years in an HR discipline
• General knowledge of employment laws and practices
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and some experience with HRIS software
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
• Able to use sound judgment and diplomacy in dealing with highly confidential issues
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, ability to deal with competing priorities
• Ability to work in a team environment is essential
