Role Description

As a Senior HR Business Partner at TRM Labs, you will be a strategic partner to managers and senior leaders, focusing on building a high-performance organization where every TRMer is engaged and operating at their best. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coaching and running organizational design.
• Owning performance and employee relations.
• Driving programs that enhance retention.
• Analyzing metrics related to performance, business success, attrition, and engagement.
• Building scalable systems and workflows for employee experiences.

• Driving organizational effectiveness with senior leaders.
• Enabling business outcomes by connecting talent strategy with strategic priorities.
• Raising manager quality through coaching and development programs.
• Advising managers on team and individual performance.
• Managing employee relations from intake to resolution.
• Turning pulse survey results into actionable plans.
• Leading organizational design and workforce planning.
• Guiding leaders through change and communicating clearly.
• Building tools and frameworks for employee growth.
• Creating systems and AI agents for efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People/HR, including experience as an HRBP.
• Track record of coaching executives and managers through change.
• Experience leading change in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Sound judgment and high integrity in confidential situations.
• Credibility with technical and engineering teams.
• Strategic range and willingness to be hands-on.
• Hands-on AI builder with experience in automations or workflows.
• Fluency with people data for shaping strategy and measuring impact.
• Experience navigating multi-country employment is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-hour overlap with US Pacific business hours; core collaboration from 7am to 12pm PT.
• Occasional team offsites, 2-4 times a year.

Benefits

• Estimated base salary range: $160,000 - $192,000.
• Eligibility to participate in TRM’s equity plan.
