[Hiring] Senior Healthcare Recruiter @Seattle Children's

Role Description

This is a limited-term role slated for a minimum of 6 months, with full benefits provided. Candidates must live in state with Seattle Children's operations (Washington state, Alaska or Montana).

• Provide leaders with advice, counsel and planning to ensure the timely and effective recruiting of qualified applicants required to meet the organization's recruiting goals.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five (5) years recruitment experience with at least two (2) years full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume work environment.
• Preferred: Experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs).
• Preferred: Experience recruiting within union environments.

Requirements

• This compensation range is specific to Seattle; positions located outside of Seattle may be compensated differently depending on various factors.
