Role Description

The HRIS Team delivers and optimises global HR solutions across Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Security, integrations and compliance. As Senior Global HRIS Analyst (Workday), you will play a key hands-on role in ensuring reliable delivery, strong configuration quality, smooth releases and excellent operational support for our global HR community. This is an exciting step for someone in Workday consultancy, implementation or configuration who wants broader ownership, enterprise impact and measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior hands-on Workday specialist across one or more of HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Learning or Recruiting, with responsibility for configuration, testing, troubleshooting, enhancements, release readiness and operational support.
• Own complex support topics and act as an escalation point for Global HRIS Analysts, support partners and stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable enhancements, automation opportunities and simplified process improvements.
• Support compensation, talent and recruiting cycles, including preparation, testing, data quality, adoption and post-cycle optimisation.
• Evaluate vendors and solutions that strengthen the HR technology framework, partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and TECH to align with business, compliance and user needs.
• Support Workday releases, SOX activities, data privacy and compliance controls, and collaborate with the HRIS team on Workday security configuration, reviews and continuous security improvements.
• Own or support small to medium HR technology projects from design through deployment, hypercare and operational handover, including the creation and maintenance of documentation, training and knowledge articles to strengthen adoption, support quality and enterprise consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR Technology, HRIS or Workday configuration experience, with strong Workday HCM knowledge and experience configuring, testing, releasing and supporting solutions in a global or multi-country environment; exposure to Advanced Compensation, Talent and Recruiting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, Workday data structures, security, compliance, data privacy and system governance; hands-on Workday security configuration experience is an advantage.
• Experience supporting HR technology projects across requirements, stakeholder alignment, solution challenge, testing, deployment, adoption and operational handover.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills, with the ability to simplify priorities and turn feedback into measurable improvements.
• Experience with Workday AI capabilities, automation features or AI-enabled HR technology is a strong advantage; good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and project or support tools, and fluency in English, are required.
