What You'll Own

• Strategy, built together: Partner with leaders to shape the People & Culture strategy and drive the programs and systems that bring it to life.
• Room to grow across the talent lifecycle: Help sharpen how we attract and hire great people, with room to take on more of the talent lifecycle as you deliver.
• A voice in the big decisions: Work alongside leaders on org design, compensation, succession, and high-stakes people decisions.
• The programs that make a company work: Implement frameworks for performance, compensation, career pathing, leadership development, and engagement.
• Culture with intention: Help strengthen our culture as we grow, ensuring values show up in decisions and fostering honest conversations.
