Role Description

Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management and Succession Management solutions.

• Advise clients on Talent Management processes, best practices, and solution design.
• Facilitate client workshops, gather requirements, and provide recommendations.
• Support the evolution of Talent Management solutions towards skills-based organisations and career development frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PM/GM).
• Strong practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management.
• Solid understanding of Talent Management processes and best practices.
• Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.

Requirements

• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH).
• SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder (JPB).
• SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning, ideally with certification.
• Experience integrating skills and job architecture frameworks across SuccessFactors.
• Experience with JDM-to-JPB and TIH migrations.
• SAP SuccessFactors Opportunity Marketplace.
• Knowledge of skills-based organisations, job architecture, career frameworks, and career pathing.
