Role Description

Drive the Volume Hiring of Campus Managers at a Fast-Growing American Start-up!

Responsibilities

• Research US schools and source leads via LinkedIn
• Understand the requirements of the Campus Manager role and identify candidates who would be an ideal fit
• Use Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates
• Source and engage candidates effectively through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
• Ensure leads meet specific criteria related to stream of studies, graduation year, and relevance for Fresh Prints' custom apparel business
• Communicate regularly with the team on progress and flag any challenges or insights
• Maintain data accuracy and timely updates in lead databases
• Collaborate with the manager to improve sourcing strategies and hiring efficiency
• Stay open to experimenting with AI tools such as Claude and other sourcing technologies to improve recruiter productivity and sourcing outcomes

Qualifications

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with a neutral accent
• Fluency in English is a must
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn sourcing and candidate outreach
• Comfortable using Boolean search techniques for sourcing
• Open to learning and experimenting with AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows
• Great interpersonal and people skills
• LinkedIn recruiting experience is preferred
• 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience (We are also open to freshers with internship experience)
• 1+ years of outbound sales or marketing experience
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

Growth Opportunity

This is initially a 3-month full-time role designed as a strong learning and growth opportunity. High performers may be considered for a long-term/full-time opportunity based on performance and business requirements.

Job Location

This is a WFH role and could be based anywhere in India.

Working Hours

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST.
