Role Description

As a Recruitment Support Associate, you will play a key role in helping our Australian Sales Recruitment team reconnect with doctors within our existing database. This role focuses on high-volume outbound calling, maintaining accurate candidate records, and supporting engagement initiatives that encourage doctors to reactivate their profiles and connect with recruiters. • Conduct a minimum of 200 outbound calls per week to re-engage inactive doctors within the database.
• Qualify and reconnect doctors with the appropriate Sales Recruiters through warm call transfers or scheduled appointments.
• Encourage doctors to reactivate their profiles and update their marketing communication preferences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records by updating doctor information within internal systems.
• Ensure database integrity by consistently applying data quality and compliance standards.
• Assist in creating, coordinating, and distributing targeted email campaigns to specific doctor groups.
• Support recruitment engagement initiatives that improve database activity and candidate responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Recruiters to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling, preferably supporting English-speaking markets.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and engage professionally over the phone.
• Resilience and persistence when handling repetitive tasks and managing call rejection.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data quality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Comfortable using CRM or database systems to update records and track interactions.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
