Role Description

GEヘルスケアの採用チームの一員として、採用オペレーションを支えるアドミニストレーション業務を担っていただきます。本ポジションは、障がい者雇用を対象とした契約社員ポジションです。

候補者、採用エージェント、外部ベンダー、各事業部門、および人事部内を含む多様なステークホルダーと日常的に関わりながら、丁寧かつ迅速な対応を通じて円滑な採用活動の実現に貢献いただく重要な役割です。候補者と直接コミュニケーションを行う機会も多く、企業の第一印象を形成する「会社の顔」としての高いホスピタリティと正確性が求められます。

本ポジションはフルタイム対象となり、在宅勤務が可能です。

• 採用面接の日程調整（メイン業務。残業発生可能性有）
• 社内異動手続きのサポート
• 面接の日程調整・フィードバック回収・オファーレターの作成・オンボーディング手続きなど
• 採用システムにおける社員からのQ＆A対応
• Tracker の随時アップデート
• システムにて、候補者のステータスアップデート
• 入社手続きの事務手続き
• 英語テストの手配、ビデオ選考等の手続き
• その他、採用業務に付随する各種サポート業務
