[Hiring] Recruitment and HR Coordinator @Emapta

Role Description

As a Recruitment and HR Coordinator, you will manage administrative tasks across recruitment and onboarding processes. You will coordinate new hire orientation, maintain accurate hiring records, process employment documentation, and ensure candidates transition smoothly from offer acceptance to onboarding while supporting the People Operations team. Through Emapta, you'll collaborate with international teams while building a stable long-term career in HR operations within a global work environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a high-volume hiring environment in either an HR, Recruiting Coordinator, or Project Coordinator role - preferred
• HS Diploma or equivalent - required
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources - preferred
• Strong and accurate computer skills - required
• Experience moving candidates through an ATS and reporting - preferred
• Experience with Viewpoint software - preferred
• Experience with Jobvite software - preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task - required
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with all assignments - required
• Enthusiasm for and understanding of the importance of People Operations
• Recognizes the importance of providing potential recruits with a stellar candidate experience
• Excited to take ownership of cross-functional tasks within People Operations on an as-needed basis

Requirements

• Responsible for the delivery of New Hire Orientation information and pre-employment parameters
• Schedule and confirm New Hire Orientation
• Document and submit company-specific MVR checks where applicable
• Document and submit company-specific background checks
• Facilitate and deliver all electronic paperwork
• Submit and deliver Employment Eligibility Verification
• Maintain new hire records
• Serve as the point of contact for incoming employees with onboarding-related questions
• Set up new hires including office seating, scheduling, business card requests, and equipment ordering
• Participate in various department projects as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
