Role Description

This is a full-time remote contractor role for someone in the Philippines who has already proven they can outperform peers in recruiting or sales and wants to build a serious career in talent acquisition.

We are hiring a Recruiting & Talent Sourcing Analyst to help source, assess, coordinate, and move candidates through active recruiting searches with speed, accuracy, and strong follow-through.

• Source qualified candidates across active searches
• Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and candidate backgrounds
• Conduct candidate outreach through calls, messages, and email
• Screen candidates for role fit, motivation, communication, and availability
• Coordinate interviews and next steps in the hiring process
• Prepare clear candidate summaries and showcases for internal review and client submission
• Use AI tools and internal systems to improve speed, accuracy, and quality
• Stay organized across multiple active roles and moving candidate pipelines
• Move quickly while protecting candidate quality
• Support the team in hitting placement, showcase, and time-to-fill goals
• Manage high-volume candidate screens, including 7–15 video interviews per day during peak hiring periods

Qualifications

• Recruiting or sales experience
• Experience in a performance-measured role
• Clear history of being a top performer compared to peers
• Strong written and verbal English
• Polished LinkedIn profile
• LinkedIn profile included on your resume or application
• Strong candidate outreach motor and comfort with outbound engagement
• High attention to detail
• Strong follow-through and responsiveness
• Comfortable working remotely from home
• Comfortable using tools like Zoom, Slack, Notion, ChatGPT, and browser-based recruiting platforms
• Mission-oriented, growth-driven, and excited to build with a fast-moving team

Preferred Background

• Healthcare recruiting experience
• Technology or engineering recruiting experience
• Finance or accounting recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions
• Agency, staffing, RPO, startup, or high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience using AI tools or modern recruiting systems to improve speed and quality

Compensation

• The expected total compensation range is USD 1,200–1,300 Monthly.
