[Hiring] Recruiter, Global Supply Chain @Gap Inc.

Role Description

In this role, you will work in a highly collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment focused on creating the most inclusive candidate experience for one of the largest apparel brands in the world. Working in Talent Acquisition means you're doing more than filling jobs; you will be a champion of both the business and talent.

Working in close partnership with Gap Inc. leaders, HR, Inclusion + Belonging, and Communications leaders, you will support a team that ensures our candidates and employees have the best interview experience in retail.

As a Recruiter at Gap Inc., you will:

• Be visible, connected, and engaged in the recruitment process.
• Play a critical role in teaching and helping to discover and hire diverse talent.
• Uncover incredible talent and engage with business partners to identify, develop, and execute effective recruiting and hiring strategies.
• Coach Business Leaders on inclusive recruiting and hiring practices.
• Employ creative and innovative sourcing techniques.
• Partner with Campus Leaders to develop, prioritize, and execute recruiting strategies.
• Conduct full life cycle recruiting and pipelining for support/professional positions (e.g., maintenance, operations, asset protection).
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with Campus Leaders and business partners.
• Support in the development of recruiting training and curriculum.
• Lead the business in providing a consistent and brand-right candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Recruiter, Sourcer, and/or Retail Management experience preferred.
• Expertise in innovative sourcing techniques and exceptionally strong networking skills.
• Confident yet humble, with the ability to effectively consult and partner with multiple business partners.
• Curious with an understanding of the external landscape and marketplace insights.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
