Role Description

Unlimited Instruction (UI) is seeking a dynamic recruiter who has a passion for supporting K-12 students. In this role, you’ll work to provide teacher shortage solutions to districts and UI clients.

This is a W-2 Assignment Based Role

Responsibilities

• Provide strategies and perform sourcing activities to attract talent as well as build and maintain robust candidate pools
• Receive and screen all applications
• Phone screen applicants who may fit needs for programs
• Perform interviews
• Assist all screened and interviewed candidates through onboarding process
• Use applicant tracking system daily to track assignments and manage candidate onboarding activities
• Complete training as assigned
• Build and maintain systems to monitor progress and ensure balls aren’t dropped
• Deliver sourced talent for active programs to managers and clients on time
• Follow standard operating procedures that have been defined by UI
• Communicate and meet regularly with your supervisor to update them on progress, potential problems, and program concerns
• Collaborate with team members and clients
• Complete other duties as required and assigned

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree AND
• Demonstrate the following, or any similar combination of education and experience:
  • At least 2 years of sourcing and recruiting experience AND
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working in a K-12 educational setting

Compensation

• $33 per hour contract rate
• Clients supported in multiple timezones
• Up to 36 hours a week
