Role Description

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering with business leaders to proactively identify, attract, and hire top talent across the organization. This role collaborates closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The successful candidate will leverage a combination of traditional and innovative recruiting methods, including:

• AI-powered sourcing and talent acquisition tools
• Social media recruitment
• Referral programs
• Talent intelligence platforms
• Data-driven recruitment strategies

The Recruiter will play a key role in building talent pipelines, improving recruitment processes, and supporting the organization's talent acquisition objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate and/or agency environment.
• Strong interviewing skills, including behavioural, competency-based, structured, and virtual interview methodologies.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and recruitment analytics tools.
• Proficiency with AI-powered recruiting technologies, talent intelligence platforms, sourcing automation tools, and generative AI applications.
• Experience developing candidate assessment frameworks, interview guides, and selection methodologies.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, workforce planning, employer branding, and candidate experience strategies.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Solid understanding of employment legislation and recruitment compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience with at least 2 years recruitment background.
• Knowledge of employment law as it pertains to recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience reporting on recruitment metrics and performance indicators is considered an asset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Additional language capabilities would be considered an asset.
