Role Description

Our Client is seeking a high-velocity, emotionally intelligent Recruiter (Mid to Senior Level) to own full-cycle recruitment across their rapidly expanding nuclear and utility client programs. This professional will manage a dynamic load of roughly 35–50 active requisitions per month spanning advanced engineering, technical, and skilled craft positions.

• Owns the complete recruitment lifecycle for complex technical positions, managing candidates from initial sourcing and deep screening through competitive rate negotiations to their formal onboarding date.
• Conducts high-volume, phone-forward outreach campaigns via LinkedIn Recruiter, the internal ATS, cold calling, and email pipelines to maintain a highly engaged active network.
• Executes rigorous technical and behavioral screening to ensure all submitted candidates are profoundly qualified, culturally committed, and fully prepared to show up on day one.
• Manages candidate delivery within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across highly structured national MSP/VMS environments (utilizing platforms such as Fieldglass and Beeline).
• Keeps candidates actively engaged and warm through multi-week client decision cycles, ensuring low attrition rates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintains flawless, real-time documentation and pipeline integrity inside the company ATS while communicating requisition statuses proactively to leadership.
• Partners directly with ownership to refine, build, and scale delivery processes as the company expands its national market footprint.
• Establishes standardized sourcing methodologies and prepares to mentor or lead an expanding delivery support team (including recruiting coordinators and junior sourcers) as talent volume scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically within a fast-paced agency or staffing firm environment (corporate/in-house recruiting experience alone does not qualify).
• Demonstrated capability to independently manage a heavy req load and make executive submit/hold choices under tight deadlines without hand-holding.
• Strong phone presence with baseline comfort managing cold outreach and navigating direct compensation/rate conversations confidently.
• Hands-on experience navigating modern ATS ecosystems and utilizing advanced sourcing functionalities inside LinkedIn Recruiter.
• A transparent professional approach dedicated to honest credential representation, openly flagging candidate gaps rather than fabricating qualifications.
• Elite written and verbal English communication skills, equipped to manage sophisticated professional relationships and candidate cycles.

Requirements

• Prior experience recruiting talent within the nuclear, utility, power generation, industrial manufacturing, or heavy construction trades.
• Direct experience operating within integrated US MSP/VMS software networks (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, or identical submittal systems).
• For senior-level applications: a proven track record of mentoring recruiters, running high-volume desks, or constructing standardized recruitment workflows.
