Role Description

You'll source, screen and manage candidates through the early stages of the hiring process for roles across the talent marketplace. Working with senior recruiters, you'll run Boolean and LinkedIn searches, conduct initial video screens, manage candidate pipelines in the ATS and keep candidates engaged through the process.

What you'll do

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and job boards
• Conduct structured 30-minute video screens against role criteria
• Manage candidate records and status updates in Greenhouse
• Send timely, clear communications to candidates at each stage
• Report on pipeline metrics – applicants, screens, advances – weekly

Qualifications

• Experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role (agency or in-house)
• Comfortable conducting video interview screens
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
• Organised and reliable in candidate communication and ATS hygiene
• Good async written communication

Requirements

• Experience recruiting in tech (engineering, product, design) - Nice to have
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or Lever ATS - Nice to have
