Role Description

The People Service Delivery (PSD) team ensures employees feel supported during critical moments by building efficient processes, systems, and programs. This role focuses on service governance, escalation management, vendor oversight, and AI-enabled operational improvements.

• Complex case management requiring advanced judgment and troubleshooting.
• Service governance & monitoring across large functional areas.
• Vendor oversight and operational performance reviews.
• AI-enabled improvements: automation, workflow optimization, case deflection.
• Cross-functional problem solving with sensitivity and discretion.
• Documentation & SOPs creation, plus training/mentoring.
• System testing for enhancements and bug fixes.
• Continuous upskilling in tools and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years overseeing service delivery functions (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, payroll, learning, benefits, transfers).
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Strong root cause analysis and measurable outcomes delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience in independent operations strategy execution.
• Track record of process and technology transformation.
• Demonstrated interest in AI adoption and workflow automation.

Requirements

• Experience with supplier/vendor governance routines.
• Hands-on application of AI tools in operations (knowledge workflows, case triage, reporting automation).
• Familiarity with tech/software industry processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, HR, Consulting, or equivalent.
