Role Description

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Operations, Business Administration or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or other People Operations role.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and experience in HR’s core functions such as on/offboarding, compensation & benefits, labor compliance, taxes, and the development and scaling of the employee lifecycle.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work with little to no guidance.
• An open, growth-focused mindset.
• The ability to wear multiple hats with strong time management skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• The ability to build domain and industry knowledge quickly.

• Work with leadership to align recruiting resources with business needs.
• Source top talent through talent strategy and refine recruitment initiatives.
• Act as a mediator between all departments for cohesive results.
• Continuously build upon your current toolbelt and knowledge while helping our team upskill.
• Review ideas and writing with strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Identify and rectify inefficiencies and redundancies in current work processes.
• Analyse and present findings from reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in organizing and planning team events.
